Tortilla de calabacín al horno
Una versión de la tortilla tradicional sorprendente.
Ingredientes:
– 300 g de calabacín
– 2 huevos
– 60 g de pan rallado
– 25 g de mozzarella
– 25 g de parmesano
– 1 diente de ajo
– Orégano
– Albahaca
– Sal
– Pimienta
Vamos a preparar esta deliciosa tortilla de calabacín al horno…
En primer lugar, se lava el calabacín y se ralla. Luego lo colocamos en un colador y lo salamos. Dejamos escurriendo 20 minutos. Precalentamos el horno a 200°C.
A continuación, se presiona el calabacín y se seca. Se pesa para que sean 300 g y se le añaden los quesos, los huevos y las hierbas. Hacemos bolas y las aplastamos, colocándolas en la bandeja de horno, previamente engrasada. Horneamos 20 minutos.
Se pueden acompañar de tomate frito o de salsa de yogurt.
