Pavo jugoso al horno
Una receta rica, fácil y que ¡hará que te chupes los dedos!
Ingredientes:
– 3 solomillos de pavo
– 75 gr. de sal
– 1 l. de agua
– Aceite de oliva
– Pimienta negra
– 1 cucharada de miel
– 1 cucharada de mostaza
– 1 cucharada de ajo en polvo
– El zumo de medio limón
– Perejil picado
¿Cómo preparamos este pavo jugoso al horno?
Para empezar, limpiamos los solomillos de pavo, quitándoles la telilla central. Disolvemos 75 gramos de sal en un litro de agua en un bol e introducimos el pavo y lo dejamos en la salmuera 30 minutos.
Pasado el tiempo, secamos bien las mitades de solomillos. En una bolsa de plástico con zip ponemos el aceite, pimienta negra molida, una cucharada de miel, otra de mostaza, el zumo de medio limón y una cucharada de ajo en polvo y lo mezclamos añadimos los solomillos y cerrando la bolsa lo movemos para que queden bien embadurnados
A continuación, ponemos los solomillos en una fuente de horno. Cocinamos durante 15 a 20 minutos, retirar del horno y añadir el perejil. ¡Y listo!
Podemos servirlo con el arroz con calabacín y brócoli a la Bentabola.
