Palomas
Es una tapa muy típica de Salamanca, ideal para sorprender a tus visitas.
Ingredientes:
– Corteza de trigo o como le llaman allí «cuero»
– 4 patatas medianas
– 2 zanahorias
– 2 huevos duros
– 1 lata de atún claro en aceite de oliva
– Mayonesa casera o de bote suave
¿Cómo hacemos Palomas a la Bentabola?
La receta de la ensaladilla la podeis encontrar aquí.
Para hacer la paloma, podemos freír unos segundos las cortezas de trigo en aceite, o las untamos con un poco de AOVE y las metemos en el microondas durante 1 minuto.
Las rellenamos con ensaladilla y listas para servir.
También están riquísimas con guacamole, con ensalada tropical o con hummus. También lo podemos decorar con tomates cherry, salmón ahumado, sardina ahumada, etc.
