Nuggets de pescado
Una forma muy rica de tomar pescado.
Ingredientes:
– 500 gr de rosada o merluza
– 60 gr de queso de untar
– 60 gr de miga de pan
– Leche
– Ajo en polvo
– Pan rallado
– Huevo
– Sal
– Pimienta
¿Cómo preparamos estos originales Nuggets de pescado?
Para empezar tenemos que desmenuzar la rosada y le añadimos el queso y la miga de pan mojada en la leche. Después salpimentamos y si se quiere le añadimos un poco de ajo en polvo.
Seguido mezclamos todo con un tenedor o con una batidora. Una vez que lo tenemos, hacemos unas bolas aplastadas y las pasamos por huevo y pan rallado.
Por último los freímos en aceite de oliva virgen. Salen unos 10-15 dependiendo el tamaño. Si sobran siempre los podemos congelar para otro día ¡Están riquísimos!
