Maxi cookie de Nutella
Un postre exquisito que gusta a todos.
Ingredientes:
– 150 gr de harina
– 1 huevo
– 120 gr de mantequilla
– 3 cucharadas de levadura química o 1/2 cucharada de bicarbonato
– 100 gr de azúcar moreno
– Una pizca de sal
– 80 gr de crema de cacao (Nutella)
– 80 gr de pepitas de chocolate
¿Cómo preparamos la maxi cookie de Nutella?
Mezclamos, durante 5 minutos y con la ayuda de unas varillas, la mantequilla a temparatura ambiente con el azúcar. Luego añadimos el huevo y, con la ayuda de un tamiz, la harina, el bicarbonato y la sal.
A continuación, añadimos un poco mas de la mitad de las pepitas de chocolate. Ahora tomamos un molde de unos 20 cm de diametro, lo untamos con aceite y cubrimos con la masa el fondo. Más tarde añadimos la crema de cacao (Nutella) y y utilizamos las pepitas de chocolate repartidas sobre la superficie de la masa. Horneamos 30 minutos a 175°C.
