Lasagna de berenjenas
¡Una receta sana, deliciosa y se puede tener lista solo para hornearla!
Ingredientes:
– 3 berenjenas
– 2 pimientos verdes
– 2 cebollas
– 500 gr. de carne picada
– salsa de tomate frito
– Variedad de quesos rallados
– AOVE
– Pimienta
– Sal
¿Cómo preparamos nuestra lasagna de berenjenas?
En primer lugar, partimos longitudinalmente las berenjenas y las hervimos en abundante agua durante 10 minutos. Sacamos y reservamos las berenjenas.
En una sartén con AOVE, freímos ligeramente la carne con sal y pimienta. Partimos los pimientos y la cebolla en juliana y las pochamos.
En una fuente de horno, ponemos un chorreón de AOVE, una capa de berenjena, la carne, la fritada, queso rallado, tomate frito y terminamos tapando con otra capa de berenjenas.
Cubrimos la fuente con tomate y queso rallado. Horneamos durante 10 minutos a 200º arriba y abajo.
Y… ¡Lista para tomar! ¡Está buenísima !
Consejo: podemos hervir las berenjenas en el microondas durante 5 minutos si no tenemos tiempo.
