Hachis parmentier
Una receta para una cena rápida y saludable.
Ingredientes:
– Puré de patata
– Carne piada o cerdo deshilachado
– Huevo duro
– Aove, sal y pimienta
– Tomate frito @labentabola
– Sofrito (cebolla, pimiento, berenjena) etc…
¿Cómo hacemos el hachis parmentier?
En una fuente de horno ponemos el puré de patatas, mezclamos el sofrito hecho con la carne y con el huevo duro y ponemos sobre la base del puré de patatas. Luego cubrimos con tomate y horneamos 15 minutos 180º.
