Crema de verduras
Una receta ligerita y sana para estos días de verano. Podemos acompañarla con coscurros de pan, cebolla frita o puerro tostado.
Ingredientes:
– 1 patata
– 1 tomate
– 1 pimiento
– 1 calabacín
– 2 zanahorias
– 1 puerro
– 1 manojo grande de apio verde
– AOVE
– Sal
¿Cómo preparamos esta crema de verduras?
Comenzamos poniendo en una olla a presión un fondo de AOVE, echamos las verduras peladas, partidas en trozos grandes y sofreímos durante unos minutos.
Incorporamos dos vasos de agua y la sal. Cuando empiece a hervir, cerramos la olla y cocemos durante 5 minutos con los dos aros hacia arriba. Una vez pasado el tiempo, abrimos la olla, y pasamos todo por una batidora.
Por último, pasamos por un volador para quitar alguna fibra y que quede una crema fina y… ¡a degustar!
