Cogote de merluza al horno
Una receta deliciosa y muy fácil de preparar.
Ingredientes:
– 1 cogote de merluza abierto en libro
– 2 dientes de ajo
– 1 cayena
– AOVE
– Sal
¿Cómo preparamos este delicioso cogote de merluza al horno?
En primer lugar ponemos el cogote de merluza en una fuente de horno, añadimos sal y un chorreón de aceite. Luego metemos la fuente en el horno durante 9 minutos.
En segundo lugar, en una sartén , ponemos el aceite y añadimos el ajo laminado y la cayena. Sofreímos hasta que el ajo se empiece a dorar.
Después sacamos el cogote del horno y agregamos el sofrito de ajos por encima.
