Cestitas de calabacín
¡Un aperitivo muy fácil y apetecible para las cenas de verano!
Ingredientes:
– 1 paquete de obleas
– 1 calabacín
– 1 cebolla
– Queso rallado
– 1 huevo
– 1 chorro de leche evaporada
– Pimienta
– Sal
– AOVE
¿Cómo hacemos las cestitas de calabacín a la Bentabola?
Vamos a hacer las cestas con las obleas de empanadillas.
En primer lugar, pochamos en una sartén la cebolla en cuadraditos, cuando esté lista, añadimos el calabacín partido en cuadraditos y lo freímos. En un bol mezclamos el huevo, con la leche evaporada, queso rallado, sal y pimienta. Incorporamos el calabacín con la cebolla y mezclamos bien.
Por último, echamos la mezcla en cada cesta y horneamos a 180º hasta que esté cuajado.
Sacamos del horno y… ¡¡a degustar!!
Se puede tomar tanto caliente como frío acompañado de un buen tinto de verano o una cerveza bien fresquita.
