Caracolillas de crema de cacao
Una receta fácil y riquísima para tomar en el desayuno o la merienda
Ingredientes:
– 1 lámina de hojaldre
– Crema de cacao
– Huevo batido
– Azúcar moreno
– 175 gr de harina de repostería
– 1 sobre de levadura royal
¿Cómo preparamos estas caracolillas de crema de cacao?
En primer lugar se extiende el hojaldre y se unta con la crema de cacao, luego se dobla por la mitad. Ahora se corta en tiras de un centímetro, se lían cogiendo de los extremos y girando cada mano en un sentido y después se rizan como una caracola.
Luego se colocan en la fuente de horno, se pintan con huevo y se espolvorea con un poco de azúcar moreno. Para terminar se hornea a 220°C durante 10 minutos o hasta que estén doradas.
