Calamares y conchas
¡Ideal para las comidas de verano con un buen tinto de verano o una cervecita fresca!
Ingredientes:
– Calamares
– Almejas
– Coquinas
– Mejillones
– Almejas de carril
– Ajos
– Sal
– AOVE
¿Cómo preparamos nuestro plato de calamares y conchas?
Empezamos con los calamares y para ello, enharinamos los calamares y los freímos en abundante AOVE y le añadimos sal.
Para las almejas de carril y los mejillones, los ponemos en cacerolas que hiervan y esperamos a que se abran. Los mejillones nos gusta servirlos con alioli o limón.
Para las coquinas y las almejas, ponemos AOVE en cacerolas y partimos los ajos en cuadraditos. Una vez que estén doraditos, incorporamos las almejas y las coquinas.
Conforme se van abriendo los vamos sacando y cuando terminen, aprovechamos el jugo que salga y se lo echamos por encima para mojar con pan.
