Arroz con verduras
Una receta con productos de temporada, muy ligera y ¡está riquísima!
Ingredientes:
– Arroz integral
– 1 calabacín
– 1 zanahoria
– 1 diente de ajo
– AOVE
– Sal
– Conejo, pollo o pavo (al gusto)
Vamos a preparar esta receta facilísima de arroz con verduras:
Comenzamos troceando en cuadraditos el calabacín, la zanahoria y el diente de ajo. Sofreímos los ingredientes.
En una cacerola ponemos el fondo de aceite , echamos el arroz y lo moreamos durante unos minutos hasta que al moverlo suene como tierra. Incorporamos el doble de agua y sal.
Cuando queden 10 minutos, incorporamos las verduras y la carne troceada. Lo dejamos hasta que se evapore el agua y… ¡listo para comer!
Consejo: podemos emplazar con un aro y ponerle por encima trocitos de la verdura.
