Arroz con calabacín y brócoli
Una rica receta para tomar como plato único o acompañando a carnes y pescados. ¡No te arrepentirás!
Ingredientes:
– 250 gr. de arroz (1 vaso)
– 1 calabacín pequeño
– 1 cebolla
– 1 brócoli
Vamos a preparar esta receta facilísima de arroz con calabacín y brócoli:
Para empezar, picamos la cebolla y el calabacín, preferiblemente en daditos y el brocoli en ramitas.
Ponemos a freír la cebolla en una cazuela baja con aceite de oliva virgen, y cuando empiece a dorarse, añadimos el calabacín y el brócoli.
Para especiar nuestro plato, añadimos sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo al gusto. Cocinamos removiendo durante unos minutos. A continuación añadimos el arroz, removemos y añadimos 2 vasos de agua.
Por último, dejamos cocinar tapando la sartén durante 10 minutos y… ¡listo para disfrutar!
