Almogrote Gomero
Una receta de aperitivo típico de la Gomera.
Ingredientes:
– 250 gr. de queso de cabra muy curado
– 1 o 2 dientes de ajo
– 1 o 2 pimientas piconas o cayenas
– AOVE suave
– 1 cucharadita de pimentón

En primer lugar, rallamos el queso a mano y majamos en el mortero los ajos con la pimienta picona o la cayena.
Añadimos el queso y el pimentón. Posteriormente, vamos añadiendo el aceite poquito a poco para que vaya ligando, hasta obtener una textura para untar. Servir con pan tostado o bizcochado, como lo llaman en Canarias y vino blanco de las Islas ¡Listo para comer!
