Albondigón
Acompañado de unas buenas patatas fritas, arroz, puré de patatas… ¡Está buenísimo!
Ingredientes:
– 1 kg. de carne picada (medio kg. de cerdo y medio kg. de ternera)
– 2 dientes de ajo
– 3 huevos
– 3 cebollas
– Sal
– Pimienta
– AOVE
¿Cómo preparamos este riquísimo albondigón?
Comenzamos aliñando la carne con el ajo triturado, los huevos batidos y una cucharadita de sal y pimienta. Una vez mezclada la carne, formamos los albondigones, los enharinamos y luego los freímos.
En una cacerola ponemos la cebolla en cuadraditos y la ponchamos. Incorporamos los albondigones y los cubrimos de agua, le echamos un chorreón de vino blanco y una cucharadita de sal.
Dejamos cocer durante media hora y… ¡listo para comer!
