Lagrimitas de pollo
Una receta riquísima que puede servirnos de aperitivo o de segundo plato.
Ingredientes:
– 2 medias pechugas
– Pan rallado
– Sal
– Cúrcuma
– Cebolla en polvo
– Ajo en polvo
– Pimentón de la Vera
– Huevo
¿Cómo preparamos nuestras lagrimitas de pollo?
En primer lugar, cortamos las pechugas en tiras o cuadraditos. Aliñamos con todos los ingredientes, las dejamos 30 minutos que maceren. Empanamos con huevo batido y después pan rallado. Freímos las lagrimitas en abundante aceite.
Las podemos servir con: salsa rosa, salsa de miel y mostaza, con mayonesa de lima y cilantro, alioli,… Todas estás salsas podrás encontrarlas en La Bentabola.
