Crema tibia de espárragos con berberechos
Un aperitivo fresco y ligero, perfecto para estos días de calor.
Ingredientes:
– 1 lata de berberechos al natural
– 600 gr. de espárragos blancos
– 200 ml. de mayonesa
– 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
– Pimienta
¿Cómo preparamos nuestra crema tibia de espárragos con berberechos?
Primero, colamos los berberechos y reservamos el líquido. Ponemos en un bol los espárragos con su líquido, la mayonesa, el aceite, la pimienta y el líquido de los berberechos y los trituramos con una batidora.
En segundo lugar, colocamos la crema en un bol y la calentamos hasta que hierva.
Por último, servimos la crema en vasitos, ponemos dos berberechos en un palillo de diente y lo colocamos encima del vaso.
