¡Un postre riquísimo que nunca falla!
Ingredientes:
– 750 gr. de nata para montar
– 750 gr. de queso de untar
– 400 gr. de azúcar glass
– 7 huevos talla L
– 30 gr. de harina
¿Cómo preparamos la tarta de queso?
Empezamos triturando el azúcar y mezclamos con el queso. Añadimos los huevos batidos y la harina tamizada. Batimos muy bien e incorporamos la nata.
Precalentamos el horno a 200 °C con calor arriba y abajo. Por último, horneamos durante 15 minutos, bajamos la temperatura a 180 °C y dejamos la tarta en el horno 35 minutos más.
