Patatas trufadas
¡Una receta sorprendente para el picoteo del finde!
Ingredientes:
– 3 patatas
– 1 cebolla dulce
– 1 bote de salsa de trufa
– Queso parmesano rallado
– AOVE
– Sal
¿Cómo preparamos las patatas trufadas?
Comenzamos pelando y cortando la cebolla en juliana y la ponemos a freír. En un bol de cristal con un poco de aceite, ponemos la cebolla en el microondas a máxima potencia durante 5 minutos.
Pasado el tiempo, añadimos una cucharadita de azúcar, movemos y ponemos otros 5 minutos en el microondas. También podemos hacer la cebolla caramelizada en el robot de cocina o comprar un bote de cebolla caramelizada.
Pelamos y partimos las patatas en dados grandes y las freímos en AOVE. Para emplatar, ponemos la cebolla en el fondo de la fuente, las patatas encima, sobre éstas ponemos la salsa de trufa y espolvoreamos con el queso parmesano rallado.
