Un aperitivo fresco, fácil y rico con los que triunfarás en tu cenas y comidas de verano.
Ingredientes:
– Pan de molde
– Mayonesa casera de @Labentabola
– Jamón cocido
– Espárragos blancos
¿Cómo preparamos los andresitos?
¡Muy rápido!
Comenzamos quitando las cortezas al pan y lo aplastamos con la ayuda de un rodillo. Untamos el pan con la mayonesa, ponemos una loncha de jamón York y un espárrago.
Hacemos un rollito, lo partimos en tres y decoramos con un pegote de mayonesa.Y… ¡listo para tomar!
Consejo: se puede hacer de víspera y guardar sin cortar.
