Coquinas asustás
¡Una forma rapídisima y facilísima de preparar unas coquinas que están riquísimas!
Ingredientes:
– 500 gr. de coquinas
– Ajo en polvo
– Sal
– Zumo de limón
¿Cómo preparamos las coquinas asustás?
Simplemente ponemos las coquinas en agua con sal durante 30 min. Mientras, encendemos la freidora a 170ºC. Cuando esté caliente el aceite, escurrimos bien las coquinas y las echamos en la freidora, dejándolas freír durante 30 segundos.
Escurrimos las coquinas y les echamos un poco de ajo en polvo, sal y unas gotas de limón y… ¡¡a disfrutar!!
