Falsa lasagna de verduras
¡Una receta sencilla y muy sana!
Ingredientes:
– 1 calabacín y 1/2
– 4 tomates en rama
– 1 cebolla
– 3 latas de atún
– Queso mozzarella para pizza
¿Cómo preparamos nuestra falsa lasagna de verduras?
En primer lugar, precalentamos el horno a 250 º. En una fuente para horno, ponemos previamente un poco de aceite y extendemos.
Cortamos el calabacin en rodajas, lo ponemos formando la base, añadimos rodajas de tomate, una lata de atún, queso mozzarella y volvemos a repetir, rodajas de calabacin, tomates … y en esta última capa, añadimos dos latas de atún, la cebolla cortada en aritos y tapamos con el queso.
Una vez montada la lasagna, bajamos la temperatura del horno a 180° y la horneamos durante 45 minutos a 1 hora, en función al gusto de cada persona.
