Cerezas caramelizadas con helado
¡Un postre perfecto para este tiempo con fruta de temporada! Las cerezas están ahora buenísimas y un día especial podemos darle un punto más dulce en un momento. Fácil y delicioso.
Ingredientes:
– 1/2 kg. de cerezas frescas
– 4 cucharadas de azúcar moreno
– 2 cucharadas de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
– Helado de vainilla o al gusto
¿Cómo preparamos las cerezas caramelizadas con helado?
En primer lugar, lavamos muy bien las cerezas y las escurrimos. Les quitamos el hueso, y para ello, les haremos un corte alrededor del hueso, las rotamos, así saldrá una mitad entera y a la otra mitad le quitamos el hueso con la punta del cuchillo.
A continuación, en una sartén ponemos el azúcar y la mantequilla a fuego suave y dejamos que se haga un caramelo. En este punto, añadimos las cerezas que hemos deshuesado y movemos la sartén hasta que se hayan caramelizado.
Servimos con helado al gusto. ¡¡Están impresionantes!!
Consejo: podemos tener las cerezas preparadas con antelación y darles un poco de calor en el momento de servirlas.
