Huevos rotos con champiñones
Ideal para comidas con poco tiempo, ya que se prepara rápido.
Ingredientes:
– 2 patatas grandes
– 1 cebolla
– 300 gr. de champiñones portobello
– 3 huevos
– AOVE
– Sal
Vamos a preparar este facilísimo plato de huevos rotos con champiñones:
Empezamos pelando las patatas, las partimos y las freímos en abundante aceite caliente. En una sartén, pochamos la cebolla partida en juliana. Agregamos los champiñones laminados y cocemos durante 10 minutos.
Freímos los huevos y en una fuente colocamos las patatas, encima los champiñones y por último, los huevos.
Partimos en trozos grandes para que se mezcle bien y… ¡a comer! ¡está buenísimo!
