Pipirrana con huevas
¡Una receta ideal refrescante para estos días de verano!
Ingredientes:
– Huevas de merluza hervidas
– 1 cebolla grande
– 3 tomates rojos
– 2 pimientos verdes
– 1 pimiento rojo
– 1 pimiento amarillo
– AOVE
– Vinagre
– Sal
¿Cómo preparamos la pipirrana con huevas?
¡Muy rápido!
Retiramos la piel a las huevas, las partimos en rodajas y las reservamos.
Partimos el tomate,la cebolla y los pimientos en cuadraditos y los ponemos en una fuentes amplia. Ponemos las rodajas de huevas encima y aliñamos al gusto con AOVE, vinagre (opcional) y sal.
¡Está buenísimo!
Podemos incorporarles también pulpo hervido en trocitos o jibia, entre otras.
