Puré de patatas trufado con poche y portobello
Una receta deliciosa para tomar en cualquier momento. Se puede tomar de aperitivo servido en vasito con huevo de codorniz.
Ingredientes:
– 3 patatas
– 300 gr. de champiñón portobello
– 1 cebolla
– 1/2 vaso de leche
– 70 gr. de mantequilla
– Salsa de trufa
– Pimienta
– Sal
– Huevos
¿Cómo hacemos este delicioso puré de patatas trufado con poche y portobello?
En primer lugar, ponemos en una olla con agua las patatas hasta que queden blandas.
Sacamos y pelamos las patatas, y con ayuda de un tenedor, las desmenuzamos y añadimos la leche, la mantequilla, la sal y la pimienta. Mezclamos hasta conseguir la textura del puré y añadimos una cucharadita de salsa de trufa
Lavamos y laminamos los champiñones y ponchamos la cebolla cortada en cuadraditos. A continuación, añadimos los champiñones y esperamos unos 10 minutos.
Ponchamos el huevo en agua hirviendo y lo reservamos.
Por último, emplatamos poniendo el fondo del puré, el huevo y los portobello.
