Gallete bretone
El clásico crepe con huevo, jamón y queso.
Ingredientes:
Para los gallete:
– 200 g de harina de trigo sarraceno o tambien puese ser normal
– 1 huevo
– 8 g de sal
– 500d ml de agua fría
Para el relleno:
– Mozzarella rallada o emmental
– Jamón cocido
– Huevo
Vamos a preparar estas deliciosas gallete bretone
Para comenzar, se mezcla la harina con la sal, se añade el huevo y se bate y se añade el agua poco a poco sin dejar de batir. Dejamos reposar 30 minutos o 1 hora.
Luego en una sartén, se echa un poco de la masa que la cubra a fuego medio y se cocina 2 minutos, se le da la vuelta con cuidado, se le pone un poco de queso, el huevo y el jamón y seguimos cocinando a fuego lento. Ahora se le doblan los extremos y estarían listos cuando se cuaje el huevo.
