Patatas rellenas gratinadas
Una versión de la tortilla tradicional sorprendente.
Ingredientes:
– Patatas
– Pimiento
– Cebolla
– Tomate
– Carne picada
– Queso rallado
Vamos a preparar estas deliciosas patatas rellenas gratinadas
En primer lugar ponemos las patatas con piel a hervir en abundante agua salada, y cuando estén tiernas las reservamos hasta que se enfríen. Luego en una sartén ponemos a freír la cebolla y el pimiento cortado en cuadraditos.
Cuando esté la cebolla transparente añadimos la sal, el tomate rallado y la carne picada. Lo dejamos sofreír durante 10 minutos.
A continuación pelamos las patatas, las partimos por la mitad y las vaciamos. Rellenamos las futuras patatas rellenas gratinadas con el sofrito de la carne, espolvoreamos con el queso rallado y lo gratinamos en el horno
Y lista para comer !
Con lo que sacamos de las patatas lo podemos reservar y hacer un puré de patatas natural.
