Magdalenas tigresas
Una receta dulce y saludable para el desayuno, merienda o para cualquier momento que quieras un bocado dulce
Ingredientes:
– 1 plátano grande, si se quiere más sabor usar 2 @platano_decanarias
– 2 huevos
– 100 grs de harina de avena
– 2 cucharaditas de levadura @royal_postres
– 2 cucharitas de esencia de vainilla
– Chips de chocolate al gusto de @nestlepostres
¿Cómo preparamos las deliciosas magdalenas tigresas?
En primer lugar calentamos el horno a 180º grados, mientras preparamos las magdalenas. Después batir el huevo muy bien y añadimos el plátano bien aplastado junto con la vainilla.
Una vez que lo tenemos, añadimos los ingredientes secos (tamizados) y mezclamos con un batidor de mano.
Por último ponemos la preparación en los moldes e incorporamos los chips de chocolate de @nestlepostres a la mezcla. Horneamos durante 20 minutos aproximadamente ¡Y a disfrutar!
