Tortillitas de gambas
Una forma muy rica de tomar pescado.
Ingredientes:
– 150 gr de gambas cristal
– 100 gr de harina de garbanzo
– 100 gr de harina de trigo
– 1 vaso de agua fría
– 2 ajetes tiernos
– Un puñado de perejil
– Pimienta
– Sal
¿Cómo preparamos estas originales tortillitas de gambas?
Para comenzar ponemos en un bol la harina, los ajetes y el perejil muy picados, las gambas enteras, el vaso de agua, la sal y la pimienta. Luego removemos muy bien para integrar todo y dejamos reposar en la nevera.
A continuación, ponemos una sartén con aceite y cuando esté caliente, echamos un cucharón de masa, freímos hasta que esté doradita y sacamos en un papel de cocina…
