La tarta milhojas de nata y chocolate blanco es una receta riquísima para sorprender a tus familiares o amigos por su cumpleaños.
Ingredientes:
– 2 placas de hojaldre
– 500 ml de nata para montar
– 40 gr de chocolate blanco (opcional)
´- Azúcar
– Chuches
– Fresas
– Bomboncillos
¿Cómo hacemos la tarta milhojas de nata y chocolate blanco?
En primer lugar le echamos a la placa de hojaldre un poco de azúcar y pasamos el rodillo para que se integre, ponemos en una fuente con el papel de horno y cortamos las tres iniciales o números, con una plantilla de papel, para que sean iguales.
Después colocamos otro papel de horno por encima y una bandeja para que no crezca el hojaldre. Horneamos a 200°C durante 18 minutos. Y dejamos enfriar.
Seguido montamos la nata, añadiendo, casi cuando esté montada, un poco de azúcar, y si no ponemos el chocolate hay que añadir algo más. Derretimos el chocolate y mezclamos con la nata.
Colocamos abajo una de las letras y con ayuda de una manga pastelera hacemos montoncitos, colocamos otra de las letras y hacemos lo mismo, colocamos la tercera y lo mismo.
Adornamos con trozos de fresas, chocolatinas, macarrons, chuches o los que se nos ocurra.
