Espaguetis con almejas y sobrasada picante
Una receta de nuestra cuñada @tooyaramos, buenísima, fácil y rápida de hacer.
Ingredientes:
– 250 gr de espaguetis
– 500 gr de almejas
– 50 gr de sobrasada picante
– Un buen puñado de perejil picado
– Una copa de vino rosado
¿Cómo hacemos los espaguetis con almejas y sobrasada picante?
En primer lugar tenemos que cocer la pasta en abundante agua salada. Seguido ponemos la sobrasada con un poco de aceite en una sartén u olla plana.
Cuando se derrita un poco, añadimos las almejas, el perejil y el vino y tapamos hasta que se abran y reservamos.
Cuando la pasta esté lista, escurrimos y ponemos directamente sobre el guiso ( Podemos añadir un poco de agua de cocción si es necesario) Después le damos vueltas para que todo de mezcle ¡Y listo para comer!
Es fundamental que la sobrasada sea picante, porque es lo que le da el toque diferente a este plato de pasta.
