Mug cake de brownie
Una receta riquísima y rápida para solucionar una merienda o un postre.
Ingredientes:
– 100 gr de chocolate para postres
– 60 gr de mantequilla
– 80 gr de azúcar
– 100 gr de harina
– 2 huevos
– 2 cucharadas de levadura química
– Pepitas de chocolate
– Nueces troceadas (opcional)
¿Cómo preparamos el Mug cake de brownie?
En primer lugar troceamos el chocolate y lo colocamos en un cuenco con la mantequilla. Después, introducimos en el microondas 1:30 minutos. Al terminar, mezclamos bien las dos cosas.
Añadimos la harina, el azúcar, los huevos y la levadura. Y mezclamos todo bien.
Si optamos por añadir las nueces, este sería el momento.
Colocamos la mezcla en una taza, llena hasta la mitad, y le añadimos unas pepitas.
Por último lo metemos en el microondas todas a la vez durante 6 minutos y listo para disfrutar.
